Patient has discolored teeth and got bondings done on his front teeth by his previous dentist. However, they were poorly done and patient complained of "very bulky fillings". Layers of composite were noted. Patient also complained of the roughness and staining of those fillings.
Options such as Invisalign to align his teeth and porcelain veneers to revolutionize his smiles were declined due to financial reasons. Despite there are limitations of composite bondings/veneers, we went ahead with this option. Please scroll below for a side-by-side comparison of his BEFORE and AFTER photos.

Although his teeth are not in alignment in reality, we managed to have these composite bondings/veneers in a way that make his teeth APPEAR to be in alignment. This also helps patient to improve his oral hygiene (brushing and flossing) since his teeth are no longer overlapping with each other. His bondings are not bulky anymore and they are now in great proportions! His teeth are whiter and we also highly polished his teeth so staining should not be a concern to him as well.
Patient was ecstatic with this result! We are planning to work on his bottom teeth next year. I will update this blog accordingly.
