Did you have veneers previously done and were never satisfied with the way they look?
Let's take a look of the following case!
BEFORE:
This patient came to me because of her broken veneer (upper left central incisor). She told me they were done many years ago by her old dentist. She never liked them and thought that was just how they should have been. The reason why she orginally got veneers done was because of a small space between her 2 central incisors. At that time, her 2 front teeth were not prepped (or only slightly prepped), and she got her new veneers glued on. This resulted in creating "bunny" teeth for her.
Problem with her previous veneers/overall esthetics:
"bunny" looking front teeth
her 2 central incisors are unproportionately huge, unleveled, and in a lighter color than the rest of her front teeth!
Still have spacing between her right lateral incisor and canine
her midline is off centered
shrinked gum led to margin of the veneers showing and a band of yellow tooth structure showing along the gumline
old veneers with gap led to black discolration
After discussing with the patient, we decided to have a minimal of 6 veneers to give her a nice smile. The result was as follow:
Patient was ecstatic with the result! Her upper front teeth are now proportional, leveled, in alignment, and also her midline was corrected.

Please note patient declined trimming her gum at upper right lateral incisor, otherwise her teeth would be even more symmetrical.
